Walki announces changes in the leadership of its Sourcing organisation
Timo Finnström, long-serving Executive Vice President, Sourcing of Walki Group, has decided to retire at the end of October 2026 after a distinguished career with the company.
As of November 1, 2026, Timo Heinonen, currently serving as Category Director, will take responsibility for Group Sourcing and join the Group Executive Team as Executive Vice President, Sourcing. In this role, he will continue to lead the development of Walki’s sourcing organisation and supplier partnerships, while supporting the company’s strategic growth and sustainability ambitions.
Timo Heinonen brings extensive sourcing and category management experience from his career at Walki and has played a key role in developing the Group’s purchasing capabilities and strengthening relationships with key suppliers.
