Whistleblowing and Reporting Concerns

At Walki, we are committed to conducting our business with integrity, transparency and respect. We encourage everyone – employees, partners, suppliers and other stakeholders – to speak up if they see or suspect behaviour that goes against our values or our Code of Conduct.

This page explains how you can raise concerns safely and outlines how we handle reports.

When to report a concern

You are encouraged to use our reporting channel if you notice or suspect any misconduct, such as:

  • Breaches of our Code of Conduct
  • Fraud, corruption or bribery
  • Harassment or discrimination
  • Health and safety violations
  • Environmental risks or non-compliance
  • Misuse of company assets or confidential information
  • Any behaviour that feels unethical, unlawful or unsafe

No concern is too small. If something does not feel right, we want to hear about it.


Your safety and confidentiality

We take every report seriously. All concerns are handled with discretion and in accordance with applicable laws.

  • Reports can be made confidentially or anonymously
  • Your identity will never be shared without your consent
  • We strictly prohibit any form of retaliation against individuals who raise concerns in good faith

Speaking up helps us maintain a responsible and trustworthy working environment for everyone.


How we handle reports

Once a report is submitted:

  1. It is received securely by our dedicated compliance team or external provider
  2. The information is assessed to determine next steps
  3. An impartial investigation is initiated if needed
  4. Appropriate corrective actions are taken
  5. Feedback is provided to the extent legally possible

Our process aims to ensure fairness, accuracy and the protection of all parties involved.
