Ream Wrap
Walki®Copy and Walki®Graphic offers a wide range of innovative and cost-effective packagings – all with good protective properties and runnability. These product are tailor made for customer’s packaging needs without compromising on basic functions. Good strength and foldability and glueability, as well as optimum friction and printability, are fundamental properties of all our wrappers. These product can be produced with an alternative moisture barrier instead of polyethylene. Walki®Copy can be produced recycable and fossil-free, as part of Walki's Zero Waste Future program.
Walki®Copy Green The ideal sustainable wrapper. Walki®Copy Green is recyclable, and still offers good water vapour barrier and good printability. Walki®Copy Art The ideal wrapper when excellent quality appearance is needed, enabling very bright colours. Walki®Copy Art offers good runnability and a high level of protection against mechanical damages and moisture. PE on the outside of the package and not in contact with wrapped paper. Walki®Copy Classic The economical printed wrapper of choice. It offers a high level of protection against mechanical damage and moisture as well as excellent printing and good runnability. A classically structured wrap, with print on the outside and a PE barrier on the inside.
Walki®Copy Film The ideal wrapper when excellent quality appearance is needed, enabling very bright colours. Walki®Copy Film is a very strong wrapping and it is often used for coloured copy papers. Ideal for demanding logistic conditions. Walki®Copy TS Walki®Copy Tears trip is an easy opening solution for all printed copy paper ream wrappers. Walki®Graphic Green The ideal sustainable graphic wrapper. Walki®Graphic Green is recyclable, and it offers a good water vapour barrier. Also classified as a monomaterial. Walki®Graphic The ideal wrapper for folio-size reams, printed or unprinted. The wrapper offers good runnability and print quality as well as a high level of protection against mechanical damages and moisture.
Reel Packaging
Walki reel packaging are tailor-made to provide maximum mechanical and moisture protection as well as protection from dirt and other hygiene hazards. With proper reel packaging, you can significantly reduce the loss and minimize any risk of contaminating the packed product Walki can as well offer a sustainable fossil-free solution, without losing the functionality.
Walki®Reel Wood Walki-Reel Wood is a wood-based wrapping material for paper reels. The protective polymer barrier is made with polymers based on crude tall oil, which is a residue of pulp production and completely fossil-free. Walki®Reel Classic Walki®Reel Classic is the ideal wrapper for normal reels and regular transport modes. Walki®Reel Classic wrappers provides a high level of protection against mechanical damages and moisture.
Walki®Reel Multi Walki®Reel Multi is the ideal wrapper when looking for a sustainable wrapping including recycled fibers. Ideal for short transportation of the reel. Nevertheless, the wrapper still gives very good moisture protection. In Walki®Reel Multi virgin and recycled fibres are combined to optimize the performance of the wrapper.
Walki®Reel Maxi Walki®Reel Maxi provides the best possible protection against moisture and mechanical damage in highly demanding conditions. It ensures the highest protection for demanding transport modes and big reels in large diameter. Made of base paper containing 100 % virgin fibres, the wrap combines maximum strength with the lowest possible material consumption. It is the most durable reel wrap available on the market. Walki®Reel Hot Walki®Reel Hot is a special reel wrapper for the Hotpack heatsealing wrapping process. The polymer layers in Walki®Reel Hot are especially developed for providing good heat-sealing properties and a low melting point without compromising the moisture protection. Walki®Disc Outer discs seal the packaging and protect reel ends against moisture and mechanical strain during transport and handling. Sufficient stiffness and flatness of the reel end discs ensure trouble-free runs on automated packaging lines. Forestry
Walki offers products used in forest industry like cover for the logging residue, timber wrap and barrier lining material for corrugated boxes used for seedlings.
Walki®Biomass Cover Walki®Biomass Cover is a strong, paper-based laminate for protecting logging residue from rain, snow and ice while stored in the forest. Proper covering can reduce the moisture content in the residue by up to 18 %, intended for bioenergy ensuring higher energy value. Can be delivered in up to 6 metres widths.

 Walki®Wrap Timber Walki®Timber is ideal for packaging timber products. Walki®Timber protects against external humidity and condensation as well as against dust, dirt and discolouration caused by UV radiation. It ensures good friction so the timber packagings stay firmly in place during transportation ad does not get slippery when wet. Walki®Line Aqua Barrier linier for corrugated boxes for packaging of seedlings. The material provides good moisture and water barrier. This barrier material can be made with different kind of sustainable solutions.
