Trunkload Floor

- skins for lighter more silent and safer cars
The structure of a beehive, with its hexagonal honeycomb structure, is one of the strongest known in the world. The honeycomb core, when engineered into load flooring, is a composite that has an efficient strength-to-weight ratio. Walki's automotive skins allow for further weight reduction of the trunk load floors via the very thin glass veil/polymer design, while simultaneously improving the visual appearance.
Walki®FeatherForm Walki®FeatherForm is a light-weight thermal and acoustic barrier skin used as a hoodliner with a good dimensional stability also at elevated temperatures. It has an excellent flame retardant and oil repellent surface.
