Walki®Fibre Pro is a heat-sealable, fully printable paper-based solution engineered for all types of flow-pack applications. With a precisely registered frame of sealable varnish applied only to the sealing seams, the material actively reduces non-fibre content to the bare minimum, unlocking outstanding recyclability in the paper stream. Its high mechanical strength ensures smooth, high-speed performance on VFFS and HFFS lines, making it an excellent choice for secondary packaging, dust protection and grip protection. Combined with water-based flexo printing, it delivers premium natural matt aesthetics without compromising functionality.
