Oji Holdings has completed the acquisition of Walki Group
Oji Holdings Corporation, Japan’s leading forest and paper packaging group announces that they have completed the acquisition of Walki Group from funds managed by One Equity Partners, a US based middle market private equity firm. The acquisition was originally announced on October 23, 2023.
Oji will enable a global business structure that covers the supply process of packaging materials from upstream to down streams by incorporating Walki´s converting technology to Oji´s packaging business. Oji will enhance its presence as a global supplier of sustainable packaging materials by accelerating technical development and providing the required solutions comprehensively.
