Walki Group acquires the French packaging producer Rollpack and expands its geographical footprint
Walki Group today announces that it has acquired 100 % of the shares in Rollpack SAS, a French producer of biobased packaging solutions. Rollpack specializes in the production of industrial packaging products based on recycled and renewable materials. Rollpack operates two manufacturing sites in the North East of France. Rollpack has an annual production capacity of 65 000 tons and employs 70 people.

The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price or the terms of the transaction.
