Name of the register
Walki Group Register on the Personal Data of Web Page Visitors

The purpose for processing the personal data / the purpose for the
use of a register. The register is used for providing customers and
potential customers as well as other interested parties
enhanced product information and for answering their questions.

Content of the register
First name, last name, company, street address, zip code,
city, state, country, phone number, e-mail address, office telephone.

Regular information sources
Information concerning the customer is received from the customer.

Regular destinations of disclosed data and whether the data is
transferred to countries outside the European Union or the
European Economic Area.
The information concerning customer is processed internally
within Walki.
The information can be transferred to a third party for
example in the case of technical development of the service.
Personal data can be transferred to third parties as required or
allowed by laws and regulations in force. The data may be
transferred outside the EU and EEA in order
to fulfil the purpose of the register.

The principles how the register is secured
The access rights to the personal information in the file has been given to
certain Walki personnel and, if needed, to assigned third party
personnel. In addition the profile database has different level
user rights, so that the person viewing the database can only
see information that she/he is allowed to. Each user has their
own userID and password, which allows them to enter the
profile database. The Walki Group Register on the
Personal Data of Web Page Visitors is within Walki's firewall.
